For lunch today I tried the Epicurious recipe for Baked French Toast. It was wonderful and so easy to prepare! The only thing I did differently was not only to sprinkle sugar on top of the pieces of bread before baking but also to add a sprinkle of cinnamon to each. Has any one tried this lower fat method of making French Toast and are there any other recipes out there?
