French pine nut cookie recipe

harrigant | Nov 30, 201904:12 PM     4

I remember making a pine nut crescent cookie that was delicious. If I remember correctly, the recipe was in a Bon Appetit article about the twelve sweets of a Provencal Christmas. The dough was simple, possibly only sugar and eggs beaten for 30 minutes, pieces rolled in pine nuts and then left out overnight before baking the next day. Does this sound familiar to anyone and can you help me with the details of the recipe? Thanks.
