I hate to ask this, as I feel rather silly about it, but I really would like to know.
I cooked an absolutely wonderful pulled pork today,
and we ate some for dinner, but realistically, there is no way
we are going to be able to eat it all in the next few days...
It is sauced and I have put it in two plastic freezer containers, but
I am worried it will suffer in quality when it's thawed....
I just KNEW I shouldn't have made this much meat
when 3 of my 4 grown sons didn't come home for the weekend.... ugh.
