I bought some oysters and clams with the intent of cooking them that night. Some unexpected errands and tasks came up and I had to postpone. I was told before to wash them and put them in bags and freeze them. Without thinking, I put them in regular Ziploc bags instead of moisture resistant bags. It's been 3 days and they now have frost inside the bags and I'm wondering if they are ruined now. Any thoughts from the more experienced oyster consumers?
