Freezing Milk Part 2: The Vessel

The recent thread on freezing milk half-solved one of the central enigmas of my existence: organic milk is almost exclusively available in 1/2 gallon containers, and I don't go through it fast enough to finish before it spoils.

I say "half solved" because there's a puzzle remaining. What the HECK do you freeze it in?
