I made a ham on Christmas Day. My hubby's work gave all employees one, so there was no packaging. I assume it was precooked (He works at Sara Lee/Hillshire and all the stuff they sell is precooked, so assuming) I cooked it to a safe temp and all that.
It's been in the fridge since, lightly covered with aluminum. I've been chunking away at it making different things out of the leftovers and we're burnt out. There's still probably half of it left (was about 14 pounds according to normal bathroom scale originally lol)
I'm wondering if it'd be safe to slice the rest of this thing and put it in the freezer for a while. Other things that might be helpful (I guess) : It wasn't a spiral ham. It doesn't have a bone.
