Can I freeze leftover beef (grilled London broil)

Sometimes when I want a really easy Shabbat lunch, I buy a great piece of meat (from Grow and Behold), grill it rare to medium rare, and serve it cold.

This week (some of the guests cancelled): There are a lot of leftovers, and nobody will be around to eat them.

I'll freeze the meat. Will it be nice enough to serve cold weeks from now, or would I do better to roll it into a stew?
