Freeze Breakfast Strata?

jspragins | Mar 1, 201904:23 AM     8

Hi - I have browsed many of the discussions here about strata, but can not find a definitive answer about whether a breakfast strata will freeze well. And a broader internet search led to conflicting advice about fulling cooking it first and then freezing it, partially cooking it and freezing it, or freezing it in its raw state and cooking it after thawing. What say you, Chowhounders? I’m hosting a 35 person post-wedding brunch and need to make a ton of stuff at least a week in advance.
