Sat at the bar and had four appetizers - three of the four had problems. Pan roasted mussels were served cold to luke warm. Sent it back but second serving was also no hotter than luke warm although tasty. Don't understnad how you can cook mussels to the point the shells open and yet still be only luke warm. Could they be precooking them until they open and then only reheating them when ordered?
Calamari was also served luke warm but again tasty. Chicken livers were way way to salty.
The bartender did make mention that there was a new cook in the kitchen.
Salad with duck confit was excellent.
Franklin has been so consistanly good we will of course return.
