Don't get me wrong, I like Mozza, but I'm TIRED of hearing about it. This town is too big (from both a geographic and culinary perspective), for one place to capture so much mindshare. So I'm hoping Fraiche can deliver something Fresh to talk about. Would love any insights on the dishes below I'm considering:
Blue Crab Salad
Paparadelle with Oxtail Ragout
Risotto with Bacon Confit
Tagliatelle with Braised Rabbit
Lamb Spezzatino (and even what this dish is)
