Which FP Disks do you use?

DuffyH | Oct 5, 201810:44 PM     11

I recently bought a new Cuisinart DLC-8 (11-cup) FP. It came with 3 disks, medium shred, 2mm slice and 4mm slice. Yesterday I was needed some ¼" sliced mushrooms, so used the 4mm disk, knowing it wasn't right, but figured it would be close enough. It was, sort of. The recipe worked just fine, but I'd have preferred the thicker slices of the 6mm.

So now I'm in the market for some extra disks, but beyond the 6mm slice, I'm not sure which will be most useful. Which ones do you recommend?
