Fountain Court closing; San Yang Foods changing hands

Gary Scoop (er, Soup) | Mar 21, 200411:30 PM

San Yang Foods, the specialty market for Shanghai region provisions on Broadway, is closed for renovations. It will reopen in May with new owners and possibly a new name (tentatively Shanghai-Ningbo Market).

The new owners are the couple that own Fountain Court restaurant on Clement, which will reportedly close when San Yang re-opens.
