Finally got some update from Matt of Formaggios' kitchen on the cheese class.
The first class is going to be on 4/7, which is a sunday night, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. It will be on French cheeses. Unfortunately, no wine will be served due to the fact that they are in the middle of applying for liquer license, and do not want any mishaps. The class is $25 per person. To register for the class, you have to go down the store, pick up a registration form and put down your name on the list. Then when you show up for class, you hand in the filled form with the check (or cash). The maximum size of the class is 20 ppl, and minimum of 10 ppl.
The reg form will be available on 4/1. If there are difficulty for ppl to go to the store, I can sign them in the list and pick up the form for them (provided that they promise to go, of course ;-).
One interesting tibit... Matt is willing to have a class if there is a minimum of 10 ppl, so we could have a private chowhound class, if there are enough interest.
