I am about to fly to Tokyo for the first time so I can discover for myself why many believe Japanese cuisine to be superior from the standpoint of ingredient quality, technique and skill.
I already have many michelin star restaurant reservations for the coming days (Ryugin, Kondo, Koju and Iwa).
Aside from going to the fish market, what are the MUST do things in Tokyo for an obsessive foodie (both eater and cook)? I'm not necessarily looking for restaurants. Any particular spots would be greatly appreciated :)
