I am a Chinese woman who lives in Taiwan. Eating has
always been one of my favorite enjoyments in life,
and, if possible, I would like to make my interest in
gastronomy my future lifetime career. Could anybody
tell me how to prepare myself to be a food/restaurant
critic? Is there any school that trains people to be
food/restaurant critic? Or is the any book that I can
refer to? I will greatly appreciate it if some people
out there can share their related experiences with me.
