Best of "food from the 'Net" ?

I have had VERY mixed blessings ordering on-line. Mainly overpriced and scandalous shipping. One exception (and as I write this I am about to order a Xmas selection) is the European cheeses from igourmet.com. These lot are in the biz of sending FOOD versus funding FedEx. Stuck in Tulsa area which nary a decent cheese shop around I have ordered from various on-line European cheese sources. Most were OK but wildly expesnsive. igormet will send enough cheese to feed a small army all inclusive of shipping for say $50. A nice selection. Last time I ordered lots of British (my native land) French Swiss & Portuguese. All arrived in good condition. Now if only I could find a place in (nearby )Louisiana willing to ship live crawfish at a realistic weight/price ratio.

On the topic: anyone know any sources (internet or otherwise) for real top-quality free-range eggs. It must be 20 years (the time since I have been in the US) since I truly enjoyed a "fresh" "real" egg to rave about.

Anyway, hope you can share the good experiences you might have had. And tips. I would suggest leaving out the "bad" ones as they are in my experience the rule.

Mike
