Since the beginning of the pandemic I've been watching a lot of food shows. I find I've become increasingly uncomfortable watching chefs handle ready to eat food with bare hands. In our state, at least, that would earn a restaurant kitchen a ding from the health inspector, as it's against the law.

Chefs, if you're reading, please follow the law of common sense. I see you wipe your hands on a used towel then compose a sandwich or garnish a finished meal with bare hands. We're just beginning to get comfortable dining in restaurants again. Help keep us safe.
