Once my appetite returns, I will be looking for food I can eat with my hands, since my left side is pretty darn clumsy and forks are not so easy even.
Food that has to be cut is out of the question.
What would be your top choices?
My first thoughts are Ethiopian. I went to Blue Nile last week and it was totally different from the Eritrean food that I've had at Masawa and Cafe Adulis (East Coast). The enjara tasted like pancakes and was not sour at all. Plus, all the menu spellings were different. The waitress could not explain the difference. Can any of you?
