Friday, I had Jambalaya at Southern Kitchen. It was late in the day the dish was perhaps distressingly tepid for an ostensibly hot food, but it was rich and meaty, well spiced, and quite tasty. Quite a bit above the threshold for street-fair food, I thought.
BTW, Pagliacci is very nearby, at Mercer and Queen Anne, Dick's is a block South of that, and the Mecca is close by.
