I got a great deal on some foie gras which I am planning to cook for Valentines day. I've cut up a bit and seared it. I went out to the backyard and plucked whats left of the tangerines off the tree and reduced the juice down to a couple tablespoon. It was pretty good, but I'm looking to try some other recipes.
What recipes have you tried that you really like? I have enough to experiment before V-day.
