I have had some excellent Foie Gras in Philly, taste, portions, and presentation. Just curious if anyone has some favorite versions that I may not have wandered upon. Last Night, My wife and I had a marvelous meal at Pasion and I tried the Foie Gras Appetizer. Aside from being a little on the smaller side it was outstanding streaked with Cinnamon edged chocolate over an arepo and grilled pineapple chutney.
My other favorites have been the foie gras at Lacroix, simple , luxurious and elegant in a port glaze has been my favorite.
The Fountain has an interesting version with Quince ravioli in an Apple Cider Vinegar sauce.
Anyone elso have any favorites?
