Oh, Tim, I am SO glad you checked back and found our posts. It's wonderful to know such an integral part --you-- are still around, making it a bit easier to connect back to that time. In all my years of Googling, I never dreamed I'd finally "find" someone who actually worked there. I would LOVE to see the menu again, if you have one and it can be posted. Oh, what memories. But I am so curious...did the folks who took over or bought out Flavio, did they ever open up somewhere else? Or did the restaurant and all the recipes, etc., just vanish? If all is long gone, do you have any tips (recipe???) on re-creating that Cannelloni?
