Flatiron / Union Square working lunch - Craftbar? Witchcraft?

Hiya,

I’m hoping to find an unpretentious, fairly quiet place with great food, within 6 blocks or so of Madison Square Park. It’s three of us having a working lunch – so we want a great panini, a gorgeous salad – but no white tablecloth and definitely no attitude. I’m thinking about Craftbar or Witchcraft, but I've got a couple of reservations.......

- I read a post here that mentioned Craftbar can be busy – does anyone know how long I could end up waiting at lunch? Anyone know the busiest times/days?

- Another said Craftbar can be noisy and the tables are tight. We’re going to need to refer to notes, write stuff down – is either Craftbar/Witchcraft conducive to that?

I’d love your feedback on either place, or other suggestions – thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Sue
