Is this a flatiron steak?

So I went to Kroger tonight and it was late so the neat department was closed. I think this is the flatiron steak everyone says is a great steak for cheap. I've always heard that it needs to be "separated" from the tendion. Is this steak already been separated or is that the thick piece of marbling going through it?
