Even though I was kind of annoyed by the whole issue, since i like to read the articles over breakfast, even if the ritzy destinations and pricey stuff makes me irritated (oh, wait, maybe i mean jealous), the flatbread in the photo of the lamb kebabs caught my eye. Of course, no recipe... If you don't get the mag: it kind of looks like that Afghan shepherd's bread. Flat but with ridges on the top and a sort of shiny top. We get bread similar to this at our local Egyptian restaurant--their homemade pita. Anyway, I have been trying to figure out a recipe for this and have been meaning to post about this earlier...seeing the photo yesterday spurred me to posting today.
