Fix for pickled veggies that are too sour?

A few months ago I put up some pickled cauliflower. I finally opened a jar and was shocked at how vinegar-y these were. The sour taste sort of hits half way through chewing and lingers for far too long.

Is there any fix for this? I'm not even sure how it happened. The brine does not taste too strong on it's own.
