Fishhook

Dec. 26th

Went with a friend for a business dinner the day after Christmas. Kind of surprised the place was empty given the reputation but really surprised when I found a fishhook in the Alaskan Char.
Most surprising and disappointing however, was the blase attitude of our server (as if fishhooks are a part of any fresh fish dish).
The offending hook was swept away and we were told the kitchen was examining it. However, no replacement meal was offered, no apologies were offered and no manager ever came near us.
As we were settling the bill we questioned why we were being charged for the fish (if anything at all) and it was only then that the restaurant offered to comp the char with no further compensation.
Even an apology would have been nice.
Based on its reputation one would expect a higher emphasis on customer service
