Fish Tacos - side dish ideas needed

wineaux | Aug 31, 201611:50 AM     15

We are having another couple over this weekend for grilled fish tacos with avocado slaw. Am making jalapeno poppers for appetizer and elote (Mexican style corn on the cob). Mexican brownies with gelato for dessert.

I'm trying to come up with another light side dish and am stumped. The only thing I've come up with so far is a black bean with mango salad, but since we already have the avocado slaw as a taco topping, was thinking that would be too much like 2 salads. Any ideas?
