Fine Wine and Food Pairing // Beef Brisket with dry German redwines

On January 25 TheWineGourmet.org will be hosting its second event . This months event will feature German red wines paired with a delicious meal of Rinderbraten (Beef brisket) , green beans and roasted baby potatoes with sea salt and rosemary. Dessert will be a homemade German apple tart.

Featured wines will include Dornfelder, Spaetburgunder and Meunir. Susanne Mickey herself a product of Germany's Rheingau region will be your host and will give a short talk on the various wine growing regions of Germany as well as the German wine grading system.
