Help finding a big (32-36cm) rondeau

SheikYabouti | Sep 6, 202009:28 PM     29

I’ve spent many hours reading this forum over the last couple of weeks and have purchased some Demeyere and Mauviel pieces based on what I learnt. Next I’m looking for a big rondeau but I can’t seem to find one that ticks all the boxes. Demeyere don’t make one in that size and most other brands that do, have sloping sides that don’t give much more floor space than a 28cm one. The only one I have found is the Mauviel M’Tradition one, but I really don’t want a tin lining as searing/browning large amounts of protein is the intended use so I want to be able to get it HOT, plus the walls of the 36cm one are a little higher than I would like at 13cm. Any suggestions?
