I used to go to Puerto Penasco in Mexico in the 60s and 70s and there was a woman who made the most heavenly flour tortillas. They were thin and stretchy and melted in your mouth. I have never found any place in LA that makes them like this.
Machine made tortillas like you get in stores and almost every Mexican food restaurant just don't muster up.
Does anyone know where I can find real home made flour tortillas in the San Fernando Valley?
