Trying to find some Québécois items in Calgary!

rob.campeau | Jan 12, 201111:10 AM

I travel out East every once in a while and always bring a few things back: creton (meat spread, usually done with pork or veal) and cheese curds.

I've been trying to find somewhere in Calgary that carries any form of creton (which I believe is a québécois spin on rillettes?) but I don't even know where to start.

Aswell, anyone know of a good place for cheese curds? I've been to springbank cheese in willow park but apparently they don't do curds?
