Where can I find "Omurice" in NNJ, or NJ for that matter?

ELA | May 27, 201908:05 AM     1

Does anyone know where I can find real "Omurice" in NJ? I know there's different versions, but I am looking for the "traditional" as seen in the below video -- real fried rice, shaped/molded onto the plate, omelette, prepared loose and runny on the inside, oval shaped, covering the shaped/molded rice, and then cut open, and then it covers, drapes over the rice, etc.

Any ideas? I know I can find it in Mitsuwa in Edgewater, however, I was more looking for a restaurant. Thank you in advance.
