I've been looking around for the best shrimps that I can find via mail order or through local retail. I've had great shrimp at a few places and wanted to find some for home use. At a Swedish restaurant in New York, I had a shrimp salad that has chopped cold-water shrimp. While in Venice recently, I had lagoon shrimp that were small and very flavorful. I'm tired of the store-bought shrimp and I'm willing to pay more to get frozen shrimp from far away.
