I want to make some feijoada before the weather turns too warm, so I am looking for a Brazilian buthcer or market where I can get salted meats and sausages.
What I really want to do is make my own, but I am having trouble finding recipes.
Any suggestions on either front are appreciated.

costelinha de porco salgada (salted pork spare rib); lombo salgado (salted pork shoulder); rabo salgado (salted pork tail); orelha salgada (salted pig’s ear); pé salgada (salted pig’s feet); paio defumado (smoked pork garlic sausage, made from pork loin and spiced with paprika); costelinha defumada (smoked pork spare ribs); carne seca (salted-cured beef); calabresa defumada (smoked garlic sausage, stuffed in sheep casings)
