February 2020 COTM: Voting

Welcome to the voting for the February, 2020 Cookbook of the Month. We had a robust nomination process, which you can see here:

I'm going to be a little bit unconventional and combine two of our nominees into one selection. The reasons are similar to what L.Nightshade explained in the nomination thread. The books are similar enough that it would likely be a long time, if ever, that we considered the runner-up. Also if they were both separate nominees, they would likely split the vote among people that are interested in exploring that part of the culinary globe. Both had enough nominations to make the voting on their own.

So for our first option, I present our top nominee, with 9 nominations, KACHKA, and SUPRA, which was tied for second with 8 nominations. From our friends at Amazon:

Our second option has made it to voting before. Will this month be the lucky one for VICTUALS? Victuals had 8 nominations this time around, and represents a less well-known culinary region of the U.S.
