Finally, I would like to extend a special welcome to anyone new to Cookbook of the Month (COTM) or returning after a break. This is an inclusive community for home cooks of all levels, even if you're brand new to cooking and baking! We learn a lot as we cook together, and we are thrilled when newcomers join us for the camaraderie and shared learning of COTM. If you're new, all you have to do is try a recipe from the book and post your report on the corresponding thread, with a photo if you wish. Over the past few months, several posters who are brand new to COTM have joined us, and it's such a pleasure to expand our community. Please keep participating and sharing such fantastic reports! Happy cooking to all!
