It was my 22 year old Son's choice for his pre graduation cermony (more about this on another post) dinner. We arrived and were promptly seated at perhaps the best table in the house. Nice space, great view looking out to the Bay Bridge. We were eating early (5:30) and the place the near deserted. We ordered the Hummas/Babaganoush Med platter as an appetizer, decent but not worth 10.95. Plus no pita bread or other than what was put on the table to eat it with?? We also ordered the Saffron rice croquets. Well prepared and presented, good Safron taste, kinda bland and dry. My daughter wanted the housemade Raviolis..uh sorry we don't have them. My son ordered the smoked Pork Chop, only to have the waiter come back a few minutes later and tell him, uhh I gave you an old Menu, we don't serve that anymore. They did have a Duck Ravioli as a special, which I had, the filling was OK but the pasta tasted like cardboard and the sauce nearly invisible. The service missed drink refills, which at 2.75 for each fill of a soft drink you would figure they be all over that. I could go on but just thinking of this meal again is making me upset. Not recommended, but I can't say I wasn't half expecting it after hearing from other Chowhounds.
