I've moved across the street from the Jean Talon market, and am very happy and a little overwhelmed. Yes, I've now tasted the chocolate cherry sorbet at Havre aux Glaces (wonderful!) but how do you choose a butcher, or a cheese shop, when there are so many appealing choices?
