Pork has gotten leaner and leaner, and consequently less and less flavorful. I want to do loin of pork for Christmas, but I'd like to get an old-fashioned, fatty one. A friend of mine recently got one at Leonard's, on the UES, but he paid $12 a pound (!) which seems a little steep to me. Any suggestions as to where I can get an old-fashioned pork loin?
