Went to Father's Office last night with a friend for dinner. Impressed with the beer selection. Had a nice Belgian beer and my friend opted for a "Granny Smith" Apple Cider. I ordered two office burgers medium rare, with a side of fries. I noticed the tapas menu (which I had forgotten about from previous threads and reviews of the place) so I decided to indulge in an order of patatas bravas.
The burgers came out cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the arugula and bleu cheese but I felt the carmelized onions were a little overpowering, almost balsamic-like in flavor. My friend agreed. The fries were great, and with the aioli on the side - - mirrored the frites I had at Brasserie Vert at Hollywood and Highland. Patatas Bravas were a little soggy, and not crunchy as I like them usually.
Overall the meal was good, and I am anxious to return, only to try some of the other tapas (champeones and the jamon serrano). The bill was 30 dollars before tax and tip.
