Every once in a while it's nice to throw caution to the winds and fill your soul with comfort food.
Fat Ham was a happening for us tonight.
We were oohing and ahhing so much that we actually took home 3 of our 4 choices for Sunday's dinner.
We shared the red pepper dip and breads, both made right there.
We then scooped up the best roasted beets we have ever had anywhere at any time.
And then came the macaroni and cheese and I tell you we died and went to heaven and back in time to finally share the branzino done Southern style -- another winner. To top it all off our server Mike was very accommodating and even brought me more olives for my martini.
Forget the guilt. Just treat yourself. Life's too short.
