Was skiing up in VT this weekend and ran into the Farmer's Diner in Quechee... has anyone been to this place? One visit is tough to form a real opinion, but i liked what i ate and especially what i saw...naturally-raised meats, lots of organic food, and almost everything, i think, locally sourced (ie. New England). I like the Paramount in Beacon Hill, but do any classic diners with comfortable settings and maybe even a few modern amenities (wi-fi to keep me longer??) not to mention responsible food practices exist these days in boston/cambridge/somerville?
