Hello fellow food lovers!
One of my senior managers and I will be coming to the Bay Area tomorrow for the Fancy Food Show as well as to explore the surrounding area for 6 days.
I know I am leaving this to the last minute to plan, and I don't have a ton of time to browse previous posts so I apologize if this is repetitive.
We operate Canada's largest culinary tourism company and also have an artisan salt company and we would like to see the best that the area has to offer from culinary tourism, retail and restaurant perspective in a relatively short period of time.
The only thing we have planned is to attend the show on Sunday and Monday and we have a reservation on Sunday night at the Slanted Door. We had also planned to head up to the Napa area on Saturday and again possibly on Tuesday.
What are the not to miss places in SF, Napa, etc.? Are there any amazing culinary tours (not touristy)?
Thank you in advance for your help!
