Ham and lamb are traditional foods for Easter, but do others have interesting other traditions? My brother-in-law, who's Polish, brought holiday kielbasa into the mix. Bought in *very* Polish Hamtramck (outisde Detroit--so Polish the current Pope visited), handmade in neighborhood butcher shop--comes fresh and smoked. Crisp casing, chunks of pork--not a minced mush inside-- redolent of garlic and spices. Totally irresistible. It's now a fixture on the brunch table. Any other favorites to share?
