Where should I take my family of Hong Kong ex-pats?

I've only lived in Toronto for a few months, and I have had a great food experience largely thanks to posts on this forum. My family has lived in the US (away from large, Chinese/HK-centric areas), and they love to visit and enjoy the food as well.

We've tried a number of the frequently recommended restaurants in Markham, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough, and our preferred places thus far are:

Northern Dumpling Kitchen, Ding Tai Fung, Yang's (Leslie/7), Spring Villa (the old iteration), Dayali, Ming's Noodle Cafe, Wonton Hut, Jim Chai Kee, Ocean Restaurant, Lucullus Bakery, Sika Deer, My Wonderful Kitchen, John's BBQ, Royale Fine Dining, and Skyview.

Where else should we try out based on what we've liked? Also, any recommendations for desserts that would satisfy the HK palate?

Northern Dumpling Kitchen 興隆軒,
Ding Tai Fung Shanghai Dim Sum,
Yang's Fine Chinese Cuisine,
Yang's Teppanyaki & Sushi - All You Can Eat Sushi,
Dayali Beijing Roast Duck,
Ming's Noodle Cafe,
Wonton Hut,
Jim Chai Kee Noodles,
Jim Chai Kee Wonton Noodle,
Caribbean Ocean Restaurant,
Lucullus Bakery,
John's BBQ Chicken,
Royale Fine Dining Banquet
