Falaued or Faloud dessert

Great Tuesday night dinner special at Sherkarchi - eggplant with lamb (me), chicken (partner and our dinner guest) or veal. Truly tasty. Very up beat fun atmosphere with a classic guitar wailing in the background from the stereo. Lots of people, good service (wine by the glass was an unknown Merlot quite bitter) BUT the glorious part of the evening was the recommended dessert: Falaud or Falaued - its rosewater threads, more rosewater topped with sour cherries with a half a lime to squeeze on the top. Its like eating the best lemon sorbet only rosewater. We all shared one, scraping the dish - its an addictive summer treat.
