eye round roast?

Have a nice eye round roast that I want to cook on sunday. Saw some conflicting reports on the web....should i dry roast this in the oven, or is it better served as a "pot roas" with liquid, veggies, etc. on the stove top?

Can anyone recommend anything interesting to do with this cut? thanks!
