There were some problems that were probably Restaurant Week-related. When we were seated, my husband noticed that there was some gooky stuff on his water glass. There weren't any forks on the table. They didn't give us bread until we asked for it. The antipasti appetizer was really good. My short ribs were overcooked. My husband got the veal which was a little overcooked too and kind of bland. The hazelnut bread pudding with vanilla gelato for my dessert was very good. My husband got the cheese plate which he didn't really like because he thought that they didn't balance the flavors of the different cheeses that well (he thought they were all too strong). We were also very rushed (they took our plates before we were completely done). I also thought it was extremely noisy in there. All in all, not the best experience. I will probably return when it isn't Restaurant Week and see if they were just overwhelmed.
