I love taking a personal recommendation and being able to report back (preferably positively!), especially when it happens to be from the CEO.
Knowing it's the team behind Les Climats, I'm guessing we can't go wrong. But I'm just curious if anyone has been. Nothing turns up in a search. M. Talbott mentions it in his "reviews of reviews" section as a place for blanquette de veau. I see a lot of old timey dishes on the menu, which is really not my thing, unless of course there's a modern and/or fresh twist.
